Sixth graders at DPMS helped collect, sort, and organize food for our local Greenhouse Food Bank. Students picked up the food, sorted and organized it, and delivered it to the Greenhouse so the food could be ready for distribution. Thank you DPMS for your service and for supporting our community!

Balancing her role as a Junior Varsity Cheerleader and her academic responsibilities, Kaylee showcases discipline, focus, and versatility. A first-place finisher at a national competition in Montana, she now prepares for her second trip to the Junior Air Nationals in Ohio. Her journey reflects her dedication to the sport and the support of the Civilian Marksmanship Program and her team, inspiring others with her commitment to excellence. Well done Kaylee and good luck to you!

Congratulations to Logan Reynolds, Rotary Student of the Month! Logan is a talented leader within our Skills USA program at DPHS, and he is a member of our High School Student Advisory Group. He has excelled in a variety of welding competitions, often placing near the top. He is currently practicing to make another run at the State Level Competition. Logan is a mentor to many of the younger students in our Shop Classes, offering advice, and suggesting ways for others to improve their craft. Along with his amazing work in the classroom, Logan has helped build and repair a variety of things in and around the Deer Park Community. Thank you Logan for your strong work ethic, and dedication to your education!
Congratulations to DPHS Coach Levi Hogan! Coach Hogan's 2A GSL Coach of the Year award reflects his outstanding leadership, dedication, and vision. His guidance has propelled the program to new heights, achieving on-field success while building a culture of discipline, teamwork, and resilience. By developing players athletically and as young men, he has instilled a winning mindset and pride. Coach Hogan's impact goes beyond the scoreboard, strengthening the program and ensuring its future success. We are proud Coach Hogan represents Deer Park School District!
Coach Hogan shared his response to the recognition and shared gratitude for others: "I honestly think we let more than one victory get away from us this year and fell short in a number of areas. I don't feel that individual recognition in a sport like football is often warranted. This award recognizes our community/booster support, the efforts of our players, and the commitment of our whole coaching staff as we joined the GSL."
