Deer Park’s Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) is currently accepting new student applications for the 2022-2023 school year. Deer Park’s Family Service Coordinators look forward to answering your questions and facilitating enrollment for returning and new families. Pre-screen applications can be downloaded using the following link – ECEAP ENROLLMENT. Alternately, a form can be mailed to you or you can call (464-5680) to arrange a time to pick one up.

If your child qualifies for enrollment, a family service specialist will reach out to set a time with you to come by and complete the full enrollment paperwork. They may request that you email any supporting documents such as copies of birth certificates, proof of income, as well as any other necessary information.
