Deer Park School District celebrates Kristin Moyles' completion of her Doctorate in Educational Leadership! Dr. Moyles has served Deer Park for 19 years as a consulting teacher with Home Link and as District Coordinator for Highly Capable Programs. Her research focused on changing how we recognize and respond to grief and loss in a school community setting. She created professional development modules highlighting how improving grief literacy can create a culture of compassion and her trainings have already been requested at the regional and state levels.
